52 Broadway’s $100 Million Refinancing


Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson acted as counsel to joint venture between Jack Resnick & Sons and Ruben Companies in the transaction.

Jack Resnick & Sons and Ruben Companies executed their US$100 million refinancing from PGIM Real Estate for 52 Broadway, a 15-story office building in the Financial District of New York City.

52 Broadway is fully leased to the United Federation of Teachers.
