Grupo Gigante, S. A. B. de C. V. secured a $233.8 Million syndicated credit facility with a group of banks including BBVA Bancomer, S.A., Scotiabank Inverlat , S.A. and Banco Santander (México), S.A.

Grupo Gigante, S. A. B. de C. V., together with its subsidiaries, operates self-service stores that sell office supplies, electronic goods, and housewares in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Chile. The company, led by Ángel Losada Moreno, Federico Coronado, Jaime Alverde Losada, Federico Bernaldo de Quirós González Pacheco and Ángel Alverde Losada, is based in Mexico City.
